No upfront fees
Initial mortgage assessment
There is no charge for the initial assessment or for requesting lender proposals.
Once you accept a lender proposal
We charge €1,500 (VAT exempt under Article 20.One.18(m) of Spanish Law 37/1992) .
Binding mortgage documentation / FEIN stage
Our final broker fee is 0.5% of the mortgage amount (VAT exempt under Article 20.One.18(m) of Spanish Law 37/1992)/.
No hidden Viva Finance broker charges. Bank fees, valuation costs, taxes, legal costs and insurance premiums are separate third-party costs where applicable.
